Who are we looking for?

I joined the County Care Group in 2013 as a Community Support Worker and have been supported to learn and develop which has led me to my current role of Regional Team Manager. I love working with our staff and service users – seeing them achieve their goals is so rewarding. I truly believe we offer a brilliant service in Surrey and Lincolnshire and I am really excited to see what the future holds for us.
