Who We Are
The County Care Group offers a variety of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges - as well as older adults that may need support to live well at home. Our services range from care at home, support in the community as well as teaching life skills at our community hubs.

Founded in 2010, the County Care Group has since become a leading specialist support and care provider in Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils.

Our mission is to support every person who requires our services to define and achieve their life goals whilst maintaining their choice, dignity and independence.
We will do this by working alongside each customer to understand their needs and support their growth, no matter how challenging their circumstances.
